 1) Knowledge  in reading drawing , dimension instrument , in field dally operation ( 60%-70%) .

2)  Knowledge in computer program , report making , chart and graphic .

3)  Knowledge in porcelain.

4)  Understanding production flow and constant improvement process .

5)  Generic understanding of  mechanics component

6)  Good English communication skill
